I had the pleasure of participating in a panel discussion during the Ecology & Evolution in the Anthropocene symposium at UCLouvain.
Together with Prof. Ellen Decaestecker (KU Leuven), and moderated by Prof. Hans Van Dyck (UCLouvain), we discussed opportunities, challenges, and future perspectives for researchers in ecology, evolution, and conservation. Topics ranged from career development and scientific impact to work–life balance and the changing landscape of academia.
