Today marked the final day of our three-day Training School on ecotoxicology, organized within the framework of COST Action CA21111 OneHealthdrugs.
The course introduced PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and other early-career scientists to the fundamentals of ecotoxicology through lectures, interactive case studies, and hands-on laboratory sessions. Participants explored how chemicals move through the environment, how they affect organisms and ecosystems, and how their impacts can be measured and mitigated.
The training brought together participants from 11 different nationalities, while our speakers and organizers represented a total of 18 nationalities. The enthusiasm, engagement, and diversity of perspectives made for a truly rewarding experience.
A heartfelt thank you to our local organizing team, all speakers, and COST Action OneHealthdrugs for making this training school such a success!
