I’m honoured to serve on the jury of the Nederlandse Zoölogieprijs (Dutch Zoology Prize) this year. The prize, awarded annually by the Koninklijke Nederlandse Dierkundige Vereniging (KNDV), recognises outstanding scientific publications in integrative zoology—research that combines insights across molecular, cellular, organismal, population, or community levels.
This year, we’re carefully reviewing submissions and deciding on the winner—an exciting task given the high-quality and innovative studies that were submitted! The prize includes a certificate and a €1000 award.
It’s great to see the next generation of zoologists push integrative research forward, and I’m looking forward to announcing the winner soon!
